General Information
All products supplied by Ruchi Beds are carefully manufactured and inspected to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. Customers are encouraged to inspect all items upon delivery and contact our customer service team should any issues arise.
Proof of purchase may be required for any service-related enquiries.
Product Care and Usage
To maintain the quality and longevity of your bed or mattress, products must be used appropriately and in accordance with standard care instructions.
Ruchi Beds reserves the right to refuse claims where products have been:
- Damaged through misuse or neglect
- Subjected to excessive force or improper handling
- Used for commercial purposes
- Stained, marked, or excessively soiled
- Bent or folded in a way that may cause structural damage
Customers are responsible for ensuring that mattresses and beds are used with suitable and compatible bases or frames.
Repairs and Replacements
Where a product issue is identified, Ruchi Beds will assess the matter and determine the most appropriate solution. This may include repair, replacement, or an alternative resolution where applicable.
While every effort will be made to match fabrics, materials, and colours, exact matches cannot always be guaranteed due to manufacturing variations and product availability.
If an alternative product is selected in place of the original item, any price difference for a higher-value product will be payable by the customer.
Delivery Information
Delivery times are usually between 2–3 weeks, depending on product availability, order volume, and delivery location.
Delivery charges are not included in the product price and will be applied separately based on the delivery distance and address provided.
Our services and delivery options are available within our standard mainland UK delivery areas. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and location.
Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery and installation where required.
Customer Rights
Nothing within these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Ruchi Beds remains committed to providing high standards of customer care, product quality, and after-sales support.
Limitation of Liability
Ruchi Beds does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability arising from negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Our products and services are intended for personal and domestic use unless otherwise agreed in writing. We shall not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business interruption, or commercial losses arising from the use of our products or services.
Where digital content supplied by us causes damage due to a failure to exercise reasonable care and skill, we will take appropriate steps to repair the issue or provide reasonable compensation where required by law.
